2. Is there any setup fee? 

No, if you host for a year.  If you host less than a year, you will be charged Baht100 for one time set up fee.

3. How can I register/transfer my domain?

You can register your domain by going to http://www.siaminet.com/cgi-bin/reg_system2.cgi. The default technical information that is entered for your domain will point it correctly to the SiamCobalt server.

To transfer your domain you will need to change the following information:

Primary Hostname: NS1.INTERNETSIAM.COM
Primary IP Address: 216.12.209.42 

Secondary Hostname: NS2.INTERNETSIAM.COM
Secondary IP Address: 216.12.209.131

4. When I get an account with you will http://mydomain.com and http://www.mydomain.com point to my site?

Yes, you can access your site with or without the www.

5. How can you offer such a low price?

We only charge people for the services they use. Some other
hosting companies give you more space or bandwidth than you
would ever need, and they charge you for all of it, regardless of if
you use it. Our packages are smaller so you don't have to buy a
big package you will not use. 

6. How long is the processing time for a new domain registration?

Up to 2 working days. You can check by typing the URL. 

7. Why was my site deleted?

Spam , Adult , Hacking and Credit card fraud are deleted with no warning.

8. How can I see my site statistics?

You can see it at http://www.yourdomain.com/stats by enter your Site Admin password.

9. How can I check my email using the web browser?

You can check your email at http://www.internetsiam.com/apps/webmail.
